Backported patches for FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE

FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE was announced on February 24, 2011.

As we have been experiencing some problems we had to install several patches that didn’t make it into the release but I consider them important or useful. Most annoying was the swap panic problem, followed by two ZFS problems (page activation if using sendfile(2) and clock_t overflow), so we had to backport these patches to 8.2-RELEASE.
1. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED patches for 8.2-RELEASE:
a) Bugfix for panic when using large swap and md(4) based /tmp (patch) (commit log)
b) Fix “disappearing” memory if using ZFS and sendfile(2) (e.g. with samba) (patch) (commit log)
c) Fix 24-day uptime ZFS clock_t overflow causing L2 cache (and maybe other) problems (patch) (commit log)

2. OPTIONAL patches for 8.2-RELEASE:
a) various NFS bugfixes (patch) (commit log)
b) enforce RLIMIT_FSIZE in ZFS (patch) (commit log)
